Brillenkampioen ship its products with Post NL. Post NL is a reliable postal and parcel service for shipments, domestic and abroad. Brillenkampioen ships both by regular mail as per parcel shipment, that choice is up to you in the ordering process. Shipping may take one to several days, depending on the country we ship to.


Letterbox Mail Shipping

When you choose for shipping by regular mail then this has advantages and disadvantages. The shipping costs are low and your order is always delivered, even if you are not home because it just goes into your mailbox. The downside is that you can not trace shipment via track & trace and is not to determine whether and when your shipment has been delivered.

Parcel Shipping

Shipping with track & trace is possible as well. The advantage is that your order is to fully follow through track & trace and delivery is guaranteed and fast. The shipment is at non-home to your neighbors tried to delivered. If this fails, you can pick up your order at the local post office.

Returning your order

If your order is not to your liking or as it should be? Too bad, it can happen. Return or exchange is always possible, provided you meet the conditions for this. After receiving your order you have the right to return the order within 14 days.

Returning your order is at your own expense. If your order is delivered damaged, we will ask you to return it and we will send you a new article. You should always inform us about the return to first contact us through [email protected] stating your name, order number and order date. Also, the reason for return, we want to hear from you so we can improve our shop for you. Of course you must also return as new and re-sellable to arrive with us.
